The Delaware Bar Exam is administered over two
and one half days. The essay portion of the Delaware
Bar Exam
is administered on day 1 and consists of 8
essay questions. On the morning of day 2 of
the Delaware Bar Exam, 2 MPT questions are administered. On day 3
pf the Delaware Bar Exam, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered. An
applicant must also complete a clerkship requirement
and attend a Pre-Admission Conference before being

Delaware Bar Exam Scoring Information
In Delaware, a combined weighted score of 145 (out of a
possible 200 points) is required to pass. The scaled
written score of the Delaware Bar Exam counts for 60% and the scaled MBE
score counts for 40%.
